Domestic Shipping:

  • Processing Time: We aim to process all orders within 3-5 business days, unless otherwise specified. Please note that orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. During peak periods, such as holidays, there may be a slight delay in shipment. We appreciate your patience, and if there is a significant delay, we will notify you via email.

 

  • Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates: Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight of your order and will be displayed during checkout. Please be aware that overnight delivery is not available. While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays may occur. If you have specific concerns about your delivery, please contact us at kimberly@capablebydesign.com, and we will be happy to assist you.

 

  • Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number(s) will become active within 24 hours, allowing you to conveniently track the progress of your package.

 

  • Damages: While we take utmost care in packaging and handling your products, Capablebydesign.com is not liable for any damages or losses that occur during shipping. If you receive a damaged order, please contact the shipment carrier immediately to file a claim. Please retain all packaging materials and damaged goods as they may be required for the claim process.

International Shipping:

  • Currently, Capablebydesign.com does not offer international shipping. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
